Wonderful taste! I recently found this show and the recipes are healthy and tasty!
I would like a healthy substitute for the agave nectar as it is more than 90% fructose, and that is not good. I'm trying to limit my calories (or grams) of sugar - especially fructose.
If you can suggest a more healthy sweetener I would appreciate...

This is great! In a hurry and want to use those left over tortillas in the fridge? Be creative with the toppings - just make sure they will be fully cooked in the 10 minutes at 375 F. oven. May have to pre-cook some items. I used a small amount of thick tomato sauce so the tortilla would not be soggy. Some tortillas are thicker than others. Thick "
