I had purchased the cubed tofu so I just squashed it, added 1/3 cup egg substitute, shaped in to a patty, rolled in parmesean cheese and Italian bread crumbs. I panfried in olive oil. Wow.It was really good. I omitted the bread and placed over sauted spinach and drizzled with marinara sauce. It tasted similar to salmon patty but with a milder tas...

I substituted honey for the syrup. I used half whole wheat flour and graham flour, egg substitute instead of egg.Also when done and cooled a bit i pressed a few semi sweet chocolate chips into the top.Will try in the morning when I am running out the door at 6am!!"

Wow.. this was a great marinade, probably the best T bone steak I've ever had. Substituted low sodium Dales marinade for the soy sauce. I only marinated 2 hours but cant wait to try again and marinate over night.."
