Delicious! For a sweet twist, use Pure Maple Syrup instead of white sugar. Pure Maple is a low glycemic index food, packed with anti-oxidants and minerals (a serving of maple syrup has more potassium than a banana), and tastes great - like the hills of Vermont where it was born.
