"This is one of my most favorite sandwiches ever. I made my own recipe and cooked the beets in water and pickling spice. I have served them at small banquets, and have mixed reviews, some people HATE beets, but think the sandwich is great. I also have used bottled green goddess dressing and it is wonderful. I had one today for lunch. ""
