I reduced the recipe to half and still got 17 regular cupcakes. The cupcakes appeared hard but were moist and delicious when eaten. Just wish it had a little more depth of flavor but that could be because I use Ghirardelli cocoa and not dutch. Will try with dutch next time. I didn't get much of coffee or Coconut flavor, not sure why and my coffee...

This recipe was a huge success! I did not use cayenne as I had kids in the party and replaced parsley with Cilantro. Also topped it with a spoon of extra virgin olive oil. Eggplant taste was great and the dip was healthy and a hit! Served it with warm Pita Wedges.

I liked these little treats however they were a bit dry for me. I did not see a need to roll over the pre-cut seams of the crescent dough. I just followed the seems and halved the existing triangles to get smaller triangles. Overall a good recipe.

I like the ease of this recipe and I followed it except replaced 3 TBSP of Half and Half since I didn't have buttermilk but my cookies were hard and tough. Not sure what I did wrong but I don't know what to do with the rest half of my batter now. Will not be making these again sadly :(
