Reviewed All-Purpose Pork Shoulder
"This was just "okay". Some of the recipes were a stretch, like the pork shoulder shepherd's pie. I didn't see any exciting new ideas here, though. Just standard fare."
Reviewed Chicken-Macaroni Casserole
"Because I considered this a "basic" recipe that could be modified depending on your taste, I added a dash of curry powder and some leftover chopped boiled carrots for color and flavor. I also was out of macaroni, so I substituted flour tortillas, rolled and sliced to make "noodles". In this way, I was able to use up my leftovers, and the casserol..."
Reviewed 50 Second Fudge

Reviewed 50 Second Fudge
"I made these before noticing that the can of frosting contained a large amount of trans fats, which clog your arteries and never leave the body. I only gave these five stars because it tasted okay, but I'd never make it again because it's really bad for you, especially little children."
Reviewed Identity Crisis Lentil Soup
"The ratings and reviews on this site only get approved if you give it three stars or more. You're not allowed to critique the recipes, which is a not a true representation."
Reviewed Lil Smokies
"I also make these every year - however, after about an hour sitting in the crockpot, the sauce starts to become dark and dry and begins to smell sour and strong."
Reviewed Eggs & Rice
"My Japanese mother would serve us hot rice mixed with a raw egg for breakfast. The scrambled egg "cooks" in the hot rice. She would sprinkle a little soy sauce over each serving. I am 60 years old, and to this day, this dish is still my "go-to" comfort food! My adult children and grandchildren love this dish, too!"
Reviewed Guinness Sundaes
"These were bitter. Nasty."
