Reviewed Couscous with Mushrooms
"Very good recipe. I only had the tri-color couscous, but it turned out great. My husband thought it tasted like stuffing. I served it with a roast chicken and steamed asparagus. I will definately use this recipe again. The leftovers heated up nicely and tasted great the next day.....
"Very good and easy recipe. I have never poached fish before. This came out very tasty and tender. My Husband loved it and wanted to know why I didn't make more. Definately a keeper.
Reviewed Spicy Cranberry Chutney
"I am not a Cranberry fan, but I made this for my Thanksgiving Dinner for my guests and they loved it. I only used 2 Jalepeno peppers, no seeds and it was a hit. I even served the leftovers to some co-workers and the small bowl was empty by the end of the meal. I could not give it a five star, because I have no frame of reference to what Cranberry sauce should taste like....but I would recommend this recipe to a friend.
