"Excellent! Oh Alex I was sooooooooo surprised how wonderful this turned out. The flavor was soooo delicous. I doubt I will ever make a turkey the old fashioned way again. It was moist, tender and wow what a wonderful flavor. Hardly needed salt and pepper. I didnt rinse it as the recipe said and I was a bit afraid.. but wow. TY ALEX..under the skin""
