This recipe is great, and I didn't miss the meat! I didn't have any fontina cheese, and it still turned out wonderful. My husband loved it! I did add more marinara sauce than the recipe called for and some red pepper flakes. I served this with some garlic bread sprinkled with the grated Parmesan. I will make this again, for sure!"
