Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

"This chicken was so good and flavorful! The vegetables went in for a while longer after I took the chicken out to get some of that golden color, and I'm glad I did that. I also added some small fingerling potatoes. I have never tried fennel before, so I went ahead and put it in like the recipe said. I learned I do not like fennel very much, and that's why I gave this 4 stars. I will make this again for sure, just without the fennel. "

Reviewed Baked Penne with Roasted Vegetables

"This recipe is great, and I didn't miss the meat! I didn't have any fontina cheese, and it still turned out wonderful. My husband loved it! I did add more marinara sauce than the recipe called for and some red pepper flakes. I served this with some garlic bread sprinkled with the grated Parmesan. I will make this again, for sure!"
