Reviewed Pat's Ribs with Peach BBQ Sauce

“I was looking for a recipe for a Peach BBQ Sauce as I had some local ripe peaches. I followed the directions with the exception of using the peach nectar. Instead I peeled and chopped three fresh yellow peaches. I then used my immersion blender to puree the peaches. I then added a bit of water so that it measured the needed 2 cups of peach.

“This was simply delicious. Very easy to prepare. I believe the key is allowing it to cool to room temperature to allow the cheese filling to set properly. The blueberry sauce was perfect...not over-surgared or over-cooked. The blueberries maintained their pop!. This is definitely a keeper.
