"So easy and satisfying. This is the first recipe I used my new immersion blender on and it was a great first dish. It has a lot of good flavor, I was afraid it would be just really green but it had nice savory flavor. It is filling, I agree with the other reviewer that if you pair with a sandwich it can be a smaller sandwich."
