I followed the recipe as written, but doubled it, and it worked out really well! I will add more salt to the chicken at the beginning, since I had used a low-sodium chicken broth. The wine I used was a delicious Chardonnay. It added such a wonderful flavor! I used the Dutch oven and it worked out perfectly! It was a big hit with my family!"
