Reviewed Cheese Fondue
"This was my first fondue recipe to ever attempt and it was very good. I did not use the mustard, added two cloves of minced garlic, about 4 ounces of shredded white cheddar, & I was a little heavy handed with the wine and lemon juice. Everything turned out well - used asparagus, broccoli, rye bread, & granny smith apples for dippers. "
"This was way easier to do than I thought it would be! Delicious results! The only thing I did differently was to use two tangelos instead of two tangerines because the grocery store was out. Now my only problem is I have no idea what to do with ALL of the leftovers!! There is so much left since there were only three people eating! "
"So so so good. Did not need as much chicken stock as recipe called for - and a little time consuming... but delicious!!"
Reviewed Chicken Tortilla Soup
"So, so, so good! My husband & I love this recipe. I add quite a bit of cilantro on top of the soup and let the cheese melt over. "
"Easy to make and very tasty. Although, I do plan to add more pepper to it next time - maybe red pepper flakes as other users have suggested or possibly whole peppercorns. "
