Outstanding. Very easy to prepare. I used chanterelles, criminis and white button mushrooms. I also substituted half & half for the heavy cream. It didn't thicken quite enough, so next time maybe a sprinkle of corn starch. Great dish.""

This recipe is amazing! The aioli was delicious, the orange and saffron combination working together perfectly. Served this with the green goddess rice, which was also a big hit, and steamed fiddleheads as a side. Will be making this again. Thanks Claire!"

Great dish! I used fresh White and Shitake Mushrooms and dried Porcini's. Bumped up the cream (I used half & half) to about 3/4 cup and added about 1/2 cup of the water used to reconstitute the porcini mushrooms with. Other than those changes, I followed the recipe exactly and will be making this again.

Made this for dinner this week. Got raves. Very easy recipe. I also added littleneck clams in addition to the seafood in the recipe. Will definitely be making this again.

Made this for dinner last night and it was delicious. Used 2 cups half & half instead of the heavy cream, otherwise made no changes to recipe. This is a keeper and now on my menu.

I thought this recipe was very good. I always loved the combination of pasta/peas. I used fresh herbs and in place of the carrots I used fresh crimini mushrooms. Top it off with fresh grated cheese and fresh basil - delish!

This dish was a big hit, everyone loved it. Don't know how you could possibly prepare this in 30 minutes though. Chopping all the veggies takes at least 30 min.! Definitely worth the time though. Will be making this again.
