"Mmmmmm! This cake is the most beautiful cake I've ever made and the flavor does not dissapoint! Big on flavor. Very light, yet rich. I made this cake for an office function, and everyone loved it! This cake feeds MANY...its friggin huge, but so PRETTY! Will def make again :)

Reviewed Sweet Potato Pancakes with Spiced Pecans and Peach Butter
"Excellent! I made the batter, butter and roasted pecans the night before...turned out great! :) The sweet potato flavor was just right. This recipe yields a lot of pancakes...I made six 6 inch pancakes and still had batter left over. Pecans are very spicy and the peach butter was yummy.
