Reviewed Hoisin Noodle Bowls, Roasted Mushroom Yakitori and Cucumber-Sesame Salad

"What a fabulous recipe! I don't make too many veggie recipes but this one is by far the best. I used some frozen fry veggies with peppers and added green peas, instead of pea pods. The mushrooms really make this dish outstanding. Also, the sweet and salty cucumbers are a must, as there are some many depths of flavor. My husband said this was the best stir fry I have ever done. Leftovers were great today"

Reviewed Baked Manicotti with Sausage and Peas

"This recipe is amazing. I used shells instead of manicotti pasta and some mild chicken italian sausage. Instead of using Romano in the cheese sauce, I used a provolone, asiago blend. I cannot believe how good this tastes the next day. Creamy, rich goodness! The peas give it a different twist and a nice sweetness. Must do again. Husband went bananas."

Reviewed Winter Minestrone

"This recipe deserves 10 stars! I used pepper bacon instead of pancetta and added homemade croutons, shaved parmigiano-reggiano, and chopped basil to finish it off. Most tastiest soup ever!! It tastes even better today. I took the leftovers for lunch."
