Reviewed Enchilada Lasagna

"I loved this recipe. It was easy, inexpensive and it turned out wonderful. I did use 2# of chicken breast meat... It is important to let it set for at least 20 mins after taking out of oven. I managed to get two 8x8" pans out of my recipe. We ate one, froze the other for an easy evening. We all loved it and it's going in the (go to) recipe box. Th""

"OMG! This was a Great Cheesecake! I served with strawberries on half and left the other half with nothing on it. I just put the sauce out and left it up to the person to choose. Reviewed Beignets

"OH WOW! Did I love these? Well, as a matter of fact, I did. I am not a great cook but was so proud when I pulled these out of the oil, sugared them and everyone started grabbing them. My daughter & hubby were down from OU and they were impressed. We all ate till we were almost sick. They headed back to OU & she asked me to pack some up for her trip. I did. After they left I had to have one more.I don't know what happened, my lil clouds were so dense, they were laughable, as my daughter did when she called to tease me about it. WHAT DID I DO? or is this a normal thing to happen? Can anyone enlighten me? I have never had them before but will make again for sure. Thanks Tyler!!!
