Reviewed Classic French Mussels
"This recipe was sooooo good. I used a bit of chicken broth and evaporated milk in place of the cream because that is what I had in my pantry. It was very delicious. We recently had a mussel dish at a restaurant and I was wanting to duplicate it; this recipe was so close. Great discovery! "

"Had this for lunch today. We try to have as much of a Paleo diet as possible and this sandwich was perfect. Very delicious! "
Reviewed Pork Tenderloin with Root Vegetables
"Wow! I had pork tenderloin, turnips and parsnips in the fridge and was looking for a way to use them when I happened upon this recipe. This is by far, the best tasting pork tenderloin I have ever prepared. I only marinated it for an hour, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The tenderloin was moist and very flavorful. I love to experiment in the kitchen and rarely cook the same thing twice but this recipe will be the exception. Can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow!
Reviewed Chocolate and Peanut Granola
"I saw Nigella make this on TV today and wanted to try it immediately. My husband is on a low carb diet and loves chocolate so I knew this would be perfect. I reduced the applesauce to make it as low carb as possible and used toasted pine nuts, almond slivers, walnuts and peanuts. I also increased the chocolate. It is an incredibly wonderful, low carb snack.
