About Me

I I love to cook! I grew up on Soul Food, learned how to cook authentic Chinese food in Beijing, and I use a lot of Chinese techniques and ingredients to add a little bit of the East to my Western style dishes. My favorite way to cook is Barbeque (charcol, never gas), and I like my food SPICY. I grow lots of my own ingredients and use honey from my beehives in place of sugar most of the time. Got a good recipe? Let me know!

Favorite Foods

Chinese food, Soul Food, and barbeque!
