I was really impressed with these brownies. My 3.5 year old son helped me make them for Valentine's Day and we had a blast! I didn't know how they were going to turn out being that I had never made anything like these before, but they were rich and creamy and delicious! I will definitely make them again and may simply change the food coloring c"

These are by far one of my favorite Food Network recipes of all time! I couldn't find mascarpone, so I used goat cheese. It worked just fine as a replacement. The prep work takes a while, but the end result is fabulous. These are always a hit as an appetizer or side dish at every gathering. I will make these again and again."

I was pleasantly pleased by this recipe. Living in Mexico, I had all the ingredients available and made it almost exactly as she described. I used 3 poblano chilis instead of 4, charred then, but didn't do a great job peeling them ( I was in a rush). It had just the right amount of kick to it, but wasn't overbearing at all. I was doubtful abou"

Reviewed Cheese-Stuffed Dates with Prosciutto

These were delicious! I made a few changes that worked very well. Instead of wrapping each date with prosciutto, I put a piece inside so the prosciutto went farther and I was able to add more. I also added a roasted almond to each one. Everyone thought they were so mysterious, but they all went!""

So simple yet so unbelievably delicious! I used skinless chicken breasts because that was all I had available. I also used about a half of orange zest along with the lemon. The 9 cloves of garlic along with the white wine make the sauce so tasty! Make sure you have some good bread to soak it up with. This is definitely a recipe I will use ag...

I've made this recipe at least 4 times in the last month and it was delicious every time. It requires a lot of different spices, but it made the pork very flavorful. I didn't change a thing. It's a great dish to bring to a party, serve as an appetizer, or serve as a side dish along with chicken stir-fry and jasmine rice. LOVED IT!
