"Guacamole tasted excellent! I forgot to add the cilantro but it really didn't need it. It tasted delicious. Only thing is, don't make this the day before because the guacamole turned kind of brown. I covered it in plastic tightly and with the lime juice inside still didn't help. I would recommended maybe a couple of hours before you serve. Yummy!
