Plus something like cumin would have made a big difference. 2) The Asian-type sauce didn't make any sense to me with the burger. So good!! Best banana nut bread I've ever had, and the kind of recipe you can play around with (I added walnuts instead of pecans and added a crispy brown sugar topping). I'll be making lots more for Christmas presents and holiday parties!
