Wow. This recipe rocks! I followed the recipe except for the addition of a touch of nutmeg in my filling (because I love that nutty flavor with ricotta and mushrooms.) I also doubled everything...but wish I had made a bit more sauce. I'll triple the sauce next time. I'll also roll my pasta a bit thinner -- my fault that tge ravioli was a bit thick...
