"I adore Ina, but won't make these again. They just aren't worth the trouble. The shortbread is kinda bland - and the amount of butter kinda makes me feel sick to think about. I think this is her only recipe that isn't worth 5+ stars.

"Ridiculously GOOD, I add an extra clove of garlic or too - my family loves garlic. Delicious and fresh tasting!!

"This works well, and less messy than using a stove top. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on if you like sweet/salty. The other reviews are hysterical - maybe they were enjoying cocktails with their bacon ! :)
