Reviewed Puerto Sagua Cuban Sandwich
"Make sure ingredients are room temperature before preparing. I use pulled pork from slow cooker (no BBQ Sauce!). Am told this is authentic. Cuban bread gives a better flavor than other breads. However rye hoagy rolls are a nice variation for American tastes. Baby Swiss is preferred. Black Forest ham from the deli is really good."
