I watched the new show this morning and it looks promising! I love the concept! I thought it would be a good soup day (freezing here outside Chicago!) so I wanted to try the pesole. I have never had it. A few things...the recipe seems a little different than how Rachel prepared it on the show. I thought I saw her salt and pepper all the veggies....
