My Activity

Reviewed Orangecello

"Trouble peeling? Make sure to use a sharp vegetable peeler, a dull one digs into the pith. Some oranges are soft and hard to peel, buy extras to replace the difficult ones. Make sure to use 100 proof vodka or Ever Clear alcohol. I think this smells wonderful, my husband liked it better than limoncello. Of course he doesn't like lemons like I do.I steep for several weeks, I think you get a nicer product.
