Reviewed Caramel Apple Cake
"I made this a few weeks ago for my neighbors. I love caramel apples and when I saw this recipe I HAD to try it out. I thought it was easy to make, but did take some time and patience. The hardest part was getting the pan out of the water when loosening the caramel. Next time I will use a more shallow pan. It was fun to make this cake and I will be making it again this weekend for a church fellowship.= As Rachel Ray says "YUM-O!"
