"Loved it! Served it for a "Girls Brunch" and everyone really enjoyed it! It was super easy to make as well. I would recommend it!

Reviewed Vegetable Chow Mein

"Made this last night and it was delicious! I made a few changes though. I added one red pepper to the carrots and green beans and cooked them all together. Then I thinly sliced up three chicken breasts and sauteed them up while the noodles were cooking. Added just a tad more Hoisin sauce, but not even 1/4 cup. It still was enough sauce to cover everything. Another substitution that I made was to swap the mushrooms. I didn't have any Shiitake mushrooms, so I added 1 - 8 oz. can of Straw mushrooms that I had in my cupboard. (They might be difficult to find but are well worth it!) My husband loved it! I will agree with whorne2006 that the green bean texture wasn't the best. I will add them to the water a minute or two before I add the pepper and carrot next time. Otherwise, fabulous recipe! I am so glad that I tried it!! Thanks Giada!

Reviewed Homemade Granola Bars

"Wonderful! The only change that I made to the recipe was that I used a 1/2 cup of sliced almonds and a 1/2 cup of slivered that I chopped up. I loved the texture and think I will do that again. I sprayed the pan, put the parchment paper in the pan AND sprayed that also with cooking spray. Nothing stuck! Everything came out great. Additionally, the only part of the bars that crumbled for me were the areas that I didn't press together firmly. I think that is the key. Make certain that you really press everything together in the pan and then they will stick together to create bars for you. I loved this and think it will now be my every Sunday task!
