Reviewed Lentil Cookies

"These were good, I left out the coconut because I don't care for it, and I substituted chocolate chips for dried fruit, because that's what I had on hand. They were good, but I think they would be better with raisins instead. Would definitely try them again.

Reviewed Tequila Lime Tart

"This was awesome, and really easy to make. The vanilla wafer and pine nut crust was fabulous. Will definitely be using that for other tarts now. I threw a little extra tequila in for good measure :)

"These were very good, I left out the almonds though, just added the almond extract. They were a little soft, and cake like, but otherwise, they were excellent.

Reviewed Blueberry-Lemon Tart

"This was an excellent tart, I love the combination of blueberries and lemon, however, I had way too much lemon filling, it wouldn't fit in the tart shell, so I made some little lemon tarts. It was fantastic, a hit with guests.

Reviewed Parker House Rolls

"Made these on Thanksgiving, and they were excellent. The dough was pretty sticky while kneading it, so I did have to add some more flour, and it did take a little longer to rise than expected, but other than that they were great. Made great rolls for leftover turkey sandwiches.

Reviewed Stuffed Baby Peppers

"These were very good. I added a little garlic into the filling for a little extra flavor. Although, I ended up with way more than 24 peppers, it was more like 34. Would definitely make again.
