I love this recipe and so did all my lunch guests. I made a couple of minor changes though. I used about 2 tablespoons of the chili powder because I like a little kick, and I substituted flounder for halibut because I didn't want to pay halibut prices. Where I live it presently sells for $29.95 a pound! It was delicious with the flounder. I "

I have made this dish several times and have shared the recipe with several guests who have begged me for it. I wouldn't make any changes, but I do suggest adding fresh cilantro to the top of your sandwich. Delicious!! This recipe screams Summer!""

So good! I made it twice in one week. I am taking over the sweet potato portion of Thanksgiving dinner. So as not to insult my mother-in-law the day of, I will prepare them two days in advance. They are great four/five days in, so why not make them ahead? That way I don't tie up the oven and I can just microwave them. ""

This recipe looked so good on the show, but it was anything but. I did exactly as Claire did and the whole thing fell apart. All of the panko pecan crust came off during cooking.
I watched the segment again afterwards to see where I could've gone wrong, but I followed the recipe to a tee. I was so embarrassed because I had people over...

I've been making this chicken for over two years, and it never disappoints. I have turned so many friends onto it that they call it Rebecca's chicken. I like to buy the chickens with the pop-out thermometers and leave the bird in for another 30 minutes after it pops. This insures that the skin will be golden brown. This dish is never ever dry...

Salty, salty, salty!! I was so excited to make this fish, and it was nearly inedible. What a waste of a great piece, not to mention an expensive piece of fish. I followed Ina's recipe to a tee. If I ever attempt this dish again (which is doubtful I would use low sodium soy sauce or low sodium teriyaki instead to give it a less potent flavor. ...

I was a bit disappointed with the result. I followed Aida after watching her cook it on the show, but my chops were white, not brown and glazed like hers.
What happened? Makes me think the prop department spruced them up between takes.
Why not brown them on both sides first? They didn't brown at all in the oven.
