“Not bad... I think next time I'll leave the sour cream out; it seemed a little too tangy. Or maybe that was the gruyere I used in place of the parmesan. I couldn't help myself, I just love gruyere! Might also be good with onions and/or bacon.
Added one extra egg, used bread crumbs instead of flour and left off the cottage cheese...”
