“WHY DID MY OIL EXPLODE!?!?
Waiting for my oil to heat up on medium heat (walk away to prep dinner hear pop) look over and my God the oil hit my 9 foot ceiling!!! I guess I'll use my splash guard next time. I'm just glad no one was standing over the pot. Other than that the churros were D to the E to the L-I-C-I-O-U-S. Fry time might vary...”
