"This recipe is great! I needed way more time then four minutes per side to cook the chops. I actually wound up finishing them in the oven. The filling is delicious and the mustard sauce is so good! My husband loved it and it will be made again soon. Oh, I do agree with one reviewer who said there wasn't enough mustard sauce I'd double the recipe. In addition I added a tiny amount of flour to thicken it just a bit. GREAT DISH GIADA THANKS!
I am a foodie at heart. Love to cook and love to watch food network and other cooking channels. I have a high stress job so at night part of decompressing is making dinner or getting creative with left overs. I have three dogs, one husband, and no kids yet. My big desire is to travel to italy and immerse myself in cooking classes for weeks on end. We'll see if I can do that one day!
