About Me
I'm currently at the end of culinary school in Virginia Beach. Food has always been a passion for me. So when my children married and started their own families, I launched my own journey by signing up and becoming a culinary student. Call me a late bloomer that's ok, I am truly fulfilling my dream. I am truly thankful.
Favorite Foods
Well I would have to start with Latin foods this is what I was raised on. I enjoy Morrocan food, Greek and Italian foods. My favorite dish besides latin would have to be Chicken Tagine with Apricot cous cous. This dish got me into a cooking competition, I came in second not bad. My favorite restaurant is Rey #1 a little mexican hole in the wall the food is amazing.
