Reviewed Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken
"WOW! Easy and delicious. Cooked to internal temp of 165. Omitted Bacon - didn't have any on hand. Chicken skin was crispy and delicious. I also roasted carrots, onions and potatoes (using excess chicken fat instead of olive oil) a jelly pan on the bottom rack for the last 30 mins. Fantastic. "
Reviewed Curried Chicken Salad
"Terrific and easy. Great "make ahead" dish for light summer entertaining. We take this one sailing with us. Use in lettuce wraps for the Low Carb crowd. Flavors marry overnight - so it's even better the next day. Eyeballed all ingredients (didn't measure). Worked with pantry so I had to substitute a couple of things.. used roasted sliced almonds "
