"Made the soup only or I'd have given it one star..grilled cheese is probably excellent. The soup, however, was a big miss. Looks pretty but it didn't taste like tomato soup should taste and the texture was undesirable. To fix it I made your basic Roux with butter and flour, some whole milk until I had a thick rich sauce and than added it in. Still"
