Reviewed Hash Browns Makeover
"I followed the recipe exactly. I found that the parsnip was overpowering. Otherwise, the texture and other flavors were good. "
Reviewed Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts

It was very flavorful despite what some other reviewers said. The chicken itself was almost crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The dipping sauce tastes like"

Reviewed Bibb and Arugula Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
"I brought this salad to a holiday party and it was very well received! I liked the recipe because it was simple, had few ingredients, and was beautiful arranged on a large platter. Be careful when making the dressing- I measured the raspberries after they had thawed instead of before which resulted in too many raspberries and a very tart, thick dressing which I had to thin out with more olive oil and sweeten with more honey. I am confident that had I measured the raspberries before they thawed, that the dressing would have come out perfect. I highly recommend trying this one out!
