"This soup was delicious! It was so rich, I can't believe it had no dairy in it. I made the RR Curry Powder instead of using my own because, as an East Indian, I know that all curry powders can be very different. I ended up using a ton of it and it really paid off. "This was hands down delicious. I could not believe how relatively easy it was. If I would change anything, I would probably leave out the potatoes and just use rice to soak up the goodness -- I used two potatoes and that was plenty. Definitely this will be a standard in our home. Go Grandpa!""
Reviewed Sloppy Joe and Macaroni Casserole
"Overall, it was fine. It was a gooey homemade casserole -- liked it but would probably not serve it to company.""

The recipe really cried out for another creamy element (sour cream or yogurt) which he ended up using when eating leftovers. Overall, would make again. "
Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs
"Surprised at all the great reviews -- I found this fatty and bland, and I do like braised pork shoulder and other braised pork cuts. I followed the recipe exactly but maybe will need to try it again. "
Reviewed Braised Pork Tacos
"This was enough to feed an army (my husband was tired of braised pork after day #5 :-)) but was a good method. The final braising liquid was still very watery after cooking for the length of time and it would have taken a very long time to really thicken it and concentrate the flavors a bit more -- if I make this again, I would definitely cut the "
