We just made this recipe for the first time. The flavor was amazing. We sauted the onion and mushroom topping and served over rice and that worked well. The thing I didn't like was that the ground chicken had no texture. This is the first time I've worked with ground chicken - it was fresh from the grocery. Would turkey work better? We'll try...
