Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

"The topping got nice, caramelized and toasty browned on top. The family loved it! But with so much sugar on top, the thought of adding syrup seemed ridiculous. Next time I would probably half the praline topping."

"I made this for a Father's Day get-together since I know it's my dad's favorite. I made it with 8 potatoes which seemed like enough, but it was gone before I knew it! Everyone loved it! So yummy and tangy and different from the regular cold potato salad."

Reviewed Ghostly Pumpkin Pudding

"The meringue was a perfect compliment to the creamy custard underneath. Do not refrigerate the finished dessert for too long! I made too many and put the extras in the fridge overnight and they got sort of slimy and slippery as the meringue broke down and the custard kind of sweat. But overall these were a fun family treat!"

"I love balsamic vinegar and was looking for a way to use the large jar of orange marmalade in my fridge so this was perfect! Tasty and tangy, I thickened the sauce a little with corn starch then served the chicken with rice. Delicious!"

Reviewed Potato Chip-Chocolate Toffee

"This was a fun Super Bowl snack. I made this twice in two weeks and it was super easy, crunchy and sweet! I found it is very important to separate the chips as best you can when you pour the mixture out onto the baking sheet, even using my fingers to make sure there was just one layer of chips. Party guests seemed to like a light coating of toffee on each chip rather than a thick chunk of toffee. Bring this to your next get-together for something different!"
