Not sure what happened.. followed recipe to the "t"... mine are super flat, but they are gooey, and don't have the finished cooked crunchy outer coating.. they are thin , undercooked looking mess. I added a bit more flour and refrigerated the dough for the 3rd tray... we'll see? maybe altitude in Vegas? not attractive.. would love to learn what"

Nice change of pace from pan sauteed tilapia on the stove top! great tender, moist, flakey fish and the sauce was delightful! i substituted non fat Greek yogurt and added 2x amount to have thicker sauce. didn't have chives, so used fresh dill i had on hand! yumm!"
