"absolutely delicious! substituted a spread of goat cheese for Mozzarella, and whole grain fresh bread for ciabatta (that's what we had on hand!) turned out great! We seasoned the sliced eggplant with S & P and the oil and let it sit in while the peppers were cooking/ steaming. Then grilled eggplant... these were gourmet sandwiches at their bes""

"Not sure what happened.. followed recipe to the "t"... mine are super flat, but they are gooey, and don't have the finished cooked crunchy outer coating.. they are thin , undercooked looking mess. I added a bit more flour and refrigerated the dough for the 3rd tray... we'll see? maybe altitude in Vegas? not attractive.. would love to learn what"
