"Not sure what happened.. followed recipe to the "t"... mine are super flat, but they are gooey, and don't have the finished cooked crunchy outer coating.. they are thin , undercooked looking mess. I added a bit more flour and refrigerated the dough for the 3rd tray... we'll see? maybe altitude in Vegas? not attractive.. would love to learn what"
