Fabulous recipe! I did not have anchovies on hand so it would have been even better if I had. I used a wand-type mixer and it turned out beautifully garlic-y and creamy. Seriously, I will never buy Caesar dressing again. Now, if I can cook chicken like what is used in his Chicken Caesar Salad at his restaurants I would be in heaven!"

Definitely worth a try. My boyfriend loves this but I think it's a little too rich. I had to use manicotti shells since my store didn't have the cannelloni or big shells. My bechamel sauce came to a boil so the sauce separated a bit but it didn't hurt the taste just the appearance. The filling is really, really good and the wine is a very nice"

I love Anne but not this recipe. To me the tomato flavor is completely muddled with the large amount of bread. 8 slices of bread in a recipe that serves 4? I just seem to prefer more tomato and veggie flavor than what this has and homemade garlic croutons to add to the top instead of the bread inside."

The gravy and potatoes are fantastic. The salisbury steaks were ok. We all thought the patties were rather dry and not very flavorful, possibly due to the ground sirloin? The request I got was to make the gravy and potatoes and to skip the meat next time."
