Reviewed Craisy Oatmeal Cookies
"I am not a fan of raisins (which are traditional in oatmeal cookies). The cranberries and rosemary in these is delicious! I like the amount of sweetness, it's not overpowering. I think next time I will put more rosemary. This is going to be part of my holiday cookie list going forward... cranberries and rosemary follow the red and green theme perfectly!
Reviewed Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies
"So yummy! I am a big fan of red velvet, but i dont like my frosting too sweet. I made a double batch of the batter and still only used maybe a third of the frosting. I used a standard size ice cream scooper and only filled it half way to make the cookies. They were still pretty big. I suggest using a mini sized scooper if you have one.
Reviewed Chocolate Gooey Butter Cookies
"These were super easy to make! I think I overbaked them and ended up tasting like a glazed chocolate cake donut. Not that there's anything wrong with that! I will probably make them again and bake them less.
Reviewed Macaroni and Cheese
"This is my go-to mac and cheese recipe. It's a great basic recipe that you can make as-is or add your own twist. I've made it with adobo chicken slices and pepperjack cheese, with bacon and blue cheese, with lobster and brie. So good and so versatile! I think the ratios are good, but you can adjust it to taste. Like it creamier? Add more milk or cream. Like more flavor? Add some spices. Duh. To me, this is just the perfect base recipe that teaches anyone how to make a good mac and cheese!
