Absolutly Fabulous! I made it on Sunday and this was a comfort food meal with so much flavor. Would be great for alot of company because it was all in one pot and tastes even better a few days later! Coupled with fresh homemade pasta...UMM UMM GOOD!

Every Sunday I make some sort of soup for the week. I saw this recipe and realized I had just about everything it called for already in the house. I followed it exact except I used chicken stock instead of beef. It was amazing! It is way too good to keep only for Christmas!
