Reviewed Dry Aged Chimney Porterhouse

"Trivial point, but in the intro when speaking of porters in London, and their favorite drink, reference was made to a 16 oz glass of it. Nope. The British pint was and is 20 fluid ounces. Until recently, by British law, each glass had to have an etched royal seal certifying that it had been INDIVIDUALLY MEASURED and met the standard. Sadly this has been replaced with some EU marking of no particular pedigree. The glasses (or mugs) with the crown seal were always one of my favorite souvenirs from the UK.
