We loved these cupcakes except the frosting was a little to sweet for us and I only added 2 1/2 cups confec sugar instead of 3. Loved loved loved the filling and the cake was so moist. I think next time I will make the filling into a frosting and omit the butter cream, not a big fan of butter cream anyways. :). ""

Made this for Easter Breakfast. My husband and I both enjoyed it. My husband said it was especially good for diet, meaning no butter and little sugar. It did taste a lot like bread pudding:). I really liked the peaches. I think without the peaches it would be extremely bland. Also, I think rasisins would be another good touch. "
