"I made this for Thanksgiving and it got rave reviews! I omitted the orange zest but used the juice of the orange. I like orange zest but my mother doesn't. I also didn't add the honey as it was sweet enough. I didn't add the milk as it didn't seem like it needed it. I think it came out with just the right sweetness and texture. My dad commented to me that he liked the crunch that the oatmeal and walnuts added. I tripled the recipe for 21 people and there was only a little bit left over. Overall a true success!
