"This recipe was super-quick to prepare, and the mustard mixture gave it a nice flavor boost without being overwhelming. Everyone in my family liked it a lot - even my daughter who "doesn't like mustard". We substituted pecorino romano cheese, as that's what we had on hand, and it worked well.
