Reviewed Oven Roasted Shrimp with Toasted Garlic and Red Chile Oil

I don't own a cazuela but used an All-Clad round shallow casserole. I preheated the pan while the oven heated and put the shrimp and oil in the hot pan. This recipe is delicious and so easy! The oven does the cooking for you while you enjoy your guests. Definitely good with some crusty bread for dipping in the oil."
